Two years ago I went with my sister-in-law, who was selling and buying a home, to see a house that she was interested in buying. We met the agent at the house. Right on time, this dynamo of a woman drives up and gets out of her car. Her name was Deb Bowar.

Deb also held open houses for me every weekend. She was prompt, courteous, provided feedback for me and followed up on the people who signed her guest book. Anytime there is a change, she was right on it.
Together we even found a Condo for me. She was always following up on the details, making sure every piece of paperwork was where it should be- and on time. She always called to make sure faxed copies reached their destination and that the proper people have what they need to keep up to date on what's happening.
