Deb is honest, straightforward and works non-stop to get your home out there on the market. I always know she is working for me. She had other customers, but I was never turned aside or put off for someone else. If I had a question or idea, her cell phone was always on day or night, and she was there to hear and respond right away. I always felt like I was her main priority.
Deb also held open houses for me every weekend. She was prompt, courteous, provided feedback for me and followed up on the people who signed her guest book. Anytime there is a change, she was right on it.
Together we even found a Condo for me. She was always following up on the details, making sure every piece of paperwork was where it should be- and on time. She always called to make sure faxed copies reached their destination and that the proper people have what they need to keep up to date on what's happening.
I know I can count on Deb to always be looking out for my best interests. She proved it to me time and time again.
